I love your affirmation statement. It&#039;s amazing how infrequently I tell myself that. It&#039;s probably why I feel so overwhelmed all the time! (And then I get that eye twitch...) 		<description>I always look forward to reading your blog! Thanks so much for sharing. I so relate to the stress/exhaustion. I&#039;ve been trying to find a balance between pushing myself and also allowing myself to rest and relax. I try to remember that work comes in cycles – you can’t always be going at 100% full charge forward.

Another positive affirmation that’s so simple and comforting is:

I am doing my best.
