I find that setting my alarm clock, getting dressed right away and giving myself a deadline to sit down at my desk (much like an office "start time") will sometimes be the motivation I need to get my lazy butt moving! (Other times, it doesn't work and I just chalk it up - and then work extra hours the following day or that night!) I freelance at home and some days find it so difficult to motivate myself.
