I’ve found your blog recently but hadn’t had a lot of time to read it through.
Anyway, I found just today this last post, and I just wanted to wish you good luck with your coaching practice. I even filled out the survey, even tho I have never had somebody coaching me.
Just out of curiosity, I was wondering why you ask for ethnicity. Is it just for demographic statistics or does it actually vary your style/content/method of coaching?

To answer your question, the first page of my survey is actually based off of a survey template, because I wasn’t sure which demographics I should be tracking. Fingers crossed that I remembered to include everything important!
